Manchester City striker Jo will spend a second season on loan with Everton.

The Brazilian underwent a series of fitness tests at the club's Finch Farm training ground yesterday and has pleased club officials.

It seems that Jo is not required at Eastlands after the club recently signed Roque Santa Cruz and is still in pursuit of Carlos Tevez and Samuel Eto'o.
