Mario Balotelli has broken Manchester City's 48-hour curfew ahead of tonight's clash with Chelsea.
The Italian striker was seen in a Manchester restaurant on Sunday morning after the 1am curfew which was put in place for two days prior to the trip to Stamford Bridge.
Balotelli looks set to face disciplinary action from Roberto Mancini for violating the clampdown even though it is believed that he was not drinking.
