Manchester City's newest star Sergio Aguero is hoping that the clubs supporters continue their nice welcome this weekend.
The Argentine proved an instant hit for City, scoring twice and setting up another in the season opening 4-0 win at Swansea City on Monday night, and he wants that support to keep going for the trip to Bolton on Sunday.
The last time Aguero was at the Reebok Stadium (in 2008 with Atletico Madrid), he was sent off for spitting at Matt Taylor in a UEFA Cup tie, and though he denies any wrongdoing he is unsure about how the Trotters fans will receive him.
But as long as he has the support of the Eastlands faithful, he will not bothered.
"I remember the incident," said Aguero.
"I was spitting in the direction of the player but not to the player. However, the officials thought that and suspended me.
"I don't know what the reception will be like.
"As long as our fans welcome me, I'll be happy."
