Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany limped out of training yesterday.
The Mail on Sunday says Kompany is now a serious doubt for today's clash at Liverpool.
He looked to have injured his knee after landing awkwardly and his absence would be a huge blow for Manuel Pellegrini's team.
This is especially true given City are coming up against the Premier League's top scorers, with 90 goals, not to mention Liverpool's prolific strikeforce of Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge.
