Manchester City have turned down a £20.7million bid from Inter Milan for striker Carlos Tevez.
Inter president Massimo Moratti confirmed today that the Italians faxed the offer but City were not happy with the overture and it now looks like Paris Saint-Germain could win the race for the Argentine's services.
PSG have reportedly offered £25m plus £4.2m in bonuses to City and could also offer Tevez £8.3m a year deal to convince him to make the move to the Parc des Princes.
