Manchester City rebel Carlos Tevez was happily playing golf in Argentina yesterday.

The disgraced striker was playing golf back in Argentina after being suspended pending a club investigation into his actions in Munich, says the Daily Star.

Tevez was quizzed at a secret location in Manchester earlier this week as part of the club's inquiry into his alleged refusal to play for Roberto Mancini's men in the Allianz Arena.

He had been hoping to discover what City's next move would be, but the club will not make an announcement until the start of next week.

Tevez attended the meeting with his legal team before being given permission to jet back to South America until the outcome of the inquiry had been decided.
