PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman is being tracked by Manchester City.

Strootman, 21, only moved to PSV in the summer from FC Utrecht, but his form this season has attracted the interest of bigger European clubs.

Las Provincias says Real Madrid and Valencia are keeping tabs on Strootman, while City are preparing a bid of €17 million for the youngster.

Strootman is expected to play out the season at PSV, but could be on the move should he enjoy a strong Euro2012.
