Manchester City are keeping tabs on Pepe's contract talks with Real Madrid.

Pepe is among the lowest paid players at Real and has spoken out this season over the lack of progress over talks regarding a pay-rise.

The 27 year-old is inside the final two years of his deal and Real may seek to sell in the summer.

City have asked the Spanish giants to keep them informed of developments.
