Manchester City will challenge Manchester United for Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann this summer market.
The Daily Mail says City have placed Griezmann high on their shopping list.
City boss Pep Guardiola is lining up a summer move to beat rivals United to his signature and add to the firepower of Gabriel Jesus next season.
Griezmann signed a new contract with Atletico Madrid last June that runs until 2021 and it is expected to take a bid of £75million to land him.
United boss Jose Mourinho will press ahead with plans to secure a deal for the player, who has admitted he would like to play alongside France team-mate Paul Pogba, but City present a real challenge to United's chances.
