Manchester City are listening to offers for Javi Garcia.
The Mirror says Javi Garcia is set to be offloaded by Manchester City - because of Alvaro Negredo's broken toe.
City were looking to sell either Garcia or Negredo because Eliaquim Mangala's imminent £32million arrival from Porto will take them over their foreign player quota.
Garcia, 27, who cost £15.8million from Benfica in 2012, had already been knocked down the midfielder's pecking order at City by Fernando's signing and his first-team prospects will be limited next season.
