Man City, PSG encouraged as Real Madrid refuse to discuss new Ramos deal

Real Madrid face a battle to secure defender Sergio Ramos to a new contract.

Punto Pelota says pressure from big spenders Manchester City and PSG has turned the head of Ramos.

His current deal runs to 2017, but Ramos is seeking an improvement on his current €5.5 million terms. For now, Real refuse to open talks, insisting they won't move until he enters the final two years of his current deal.

City have tabled terms worth €7.9 million-a-year to the defender's camp, while PSG are offering a massive €9 million-a-year.
