His current deal runs to 2017, but Ramos is seeking an improvement on his current €5.5 million terms. For now, Real refuse to open talks, insisting they won't move until he enters the final two years of his current deal.
City have tabled terms worth €7.9 million-a-year to the defender's camp, while PSG are offering a massive €9 million-a-year.
