Manchester City are set to make a move for West Ham United's Aaron Cresswell.
The Times reports that City are determined to increase their number of home-grown players this summer and are planning a potential swoop for Hammers defender Cresswell.
It is also believed that Liverpool are showing considerable interest in the 26-year-old left-back but City may look to flex their muscle at the end of the season as they strive to increase the amount of English players on their books.
Cresswell has been one of the most consistent left-sided defenders in the Premier League since arriving at Upton Park from Ipswich Town in the summer of 2014 which has attracted the attention of both City and the Reds.
