Manchester City are eyeing Southampton striker Jay Rodriguez.
The Daily Echo says Rodriguez has been linked to a £20m move to Manchester City.
The 25-year-old is currently recovering from a cruiciate knee ligament injury sustained during Saints' visit to City last April and has not played all season.
Now it is being reported today that the league champions, have Rodriguez in their sights with City boss Manuel Pellegrini keen to sign him.
It is said that Pellegrini is keen to press ahead in January with signing the England striker to boost his squad's performance amid fears it is struggling to reach its best.
