Everton boss David Moyes is still undecided on whether to make on-loan striker Jo a permanent signing.

The Brazilian, allegedly priced at £19m when City signed him from CSKA Moscow last summer, failed to make the grade at Eastlands and his value has plummeted.

City rate him around £5m which is too high for Everton - but a deal could be struck involving a cash-plus-player swap with Goodison Park defender Joleon Lescott, says the People.
