Manchester City have poached junior coaching guru Gavin Rhodes from Manchester United.
The Daily Mail says Rhodes, head of coaching at Manchester United Soccer Schools, has been lured to the Etihad Stadium after spending over a decade at Old Trafford.
Rhodes, a Manchester City fan, has been responsible for the recruitment, training and personal development of all Manchester United Soccer Schools' coaches, and has also overseen the expansion of MUSS to Asia, the Middle East and Scandinavia.
Rhodes is understood to have begun work with Manchester City Soccer Schools towards the end of March, and will be seeking to replicate the success he enjoyed with the club's city rivals.
