Manuel Pellegrini has warned Manchester City players its his way or the highway.

Pellegrini is expected to move to City from Malaga at the end of the season.

The Etihad side's manager-in-waiting said: "I'm a dictator because footballers have to obey but I'm a democrat because I have to convince them if I want them to do it.

"If you want to be a coach, you have to show authority.
