Manchester City players are helping fund away trips for fans.
The Manchester Evening News says City players, management and coaching staff have all contributed money - believed to be around £1,000 each - to help fans attend away games.
Using the generous donations of Manuel Pellegrini and co, City will offer half-price away tickets to season ticket holders at certain games this season.
Matches furthest away - such as the trip to Southampton in December - or fixtures which fall close to each other are believed to be a priority.
Every Premier League club has set aside £200,000 to provide a better matchday experience for fans travelling away from home.
