Manchester City are prepared to place Joe Hart at Leicester City.

City are targeting Foxes goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel for the summer market and willing to consider a swap for the Dane.

The Times says City are happy to send Hart on-loan to Leicester next season as part of a permanent deal for Schmeichel.

England international Hart is this season on-loan with Torino in Italy, where the season will conclude this weekend.

Hart has already admitted in recent days he fears he's played his last game for his parent club.
