Manchester City are chasing VfL Wolfsburg winger Kevin de Bruyne.
The Daily Star Sunday says City are now scouting the Belgian every Wolfsburg game as they plan a summer move.
De Bruyne, 23, left Chelsea only a year ago for £17m, complaining that he had not been given enough opportunities by Stamford Bridge boss Jose Mourinho.
It'll take City £40 million to convince Wolfsburg to sell.
