Manchester City are ready to clear the decks to land Napoli striker Edinson Cavani.
The Times says City intend to sell Carlos Tevez, Roque Santa Cruz, Craig Bellamy and possibly Edin Dzeko to help clear the way for a bid for Cavani.
The Uruguay international has been sensational in his first season for Napoli and is set to finish as Serie A's top scorer.
City want to comply to UEFA's new financial laws, which will mean them having to fund their €50 million move for Cavani by selling players this summer.
