Manchester City are planning a player-plus-cash bid for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.

City want to bring the former Manchester United junior back to England this summer.

The Sunday Mirror says City are hoping to use Steven Jovetic as a bargaining tool to land £75million-rated Pogba.

City are one of a number of clubs who have been alerted to the growing belief in Turin that Juventus will cash in on the French midfielder at the end of the season.

And with Juve keen on the fed-up Jovetic, City hope to set up a swap deal for the Frenchman.
