Manchester City's new owners have a long, detailed dossier of the club's weaknesses.
The Times says at a board meeting on Sunday, chief Garry Cook presented chairman Khaldoon al-Mubarak with a 200-page dossier that outlined the club's perceived shortcomings. Some will take longer to put right, but the club have already set about improving facilities and investing in the academy.
City are committed to selling the naming rights to the City of Manchester Stadium and a number of new commercial and sponsorship deals may be announced soon.
