Man City owner Sheik Mansour has Kaka, Chelsea's Terry on January shopping list
Manchester City owner Sheik Mansour remains confident of making a big-name signing in January.
The Daily Mail says despite City's poor league position and their FA Cup defeat at home to Nottingham Forest on Saturday, the Sheik and his advisors have drawn up a list of four world stars which - amazingly - includes Chelsea defender and England captain John Terry.
It is understood that Sheik Mansour has given his support to the beleaguered Hughes' plans to bolster his failing squad with the pragmatic signings of Wayne Bridge, Roque Santa Cruz, Scott Parker, Craig Bellamy and Kolo Toure.
But he is also intent on capturing either Terry, Valencia's David Villa, Barcelona's Lionel Messi or Milan's Kaka before trading closes for the season on February 2.

All these ignorant bastards complaining about nigerians supporting premiership teams, or other nationals dropping comments about english teams should get it into their thick daft skulls that people should be allowed to support who they wanna, and everyone's got their opinions!!! chelsea fans don't believe this garbage Vooodoooman, we just find it amusing. If they could get their hands on him, they would want it. they know they can't, we know they can't. if City could get kaka, messi or JT they would certainly buy them.
Some MUPPETS on here believing this,not one quote from anyone involved with club. Papers writing nonsense to fill the pages. But i do like the likes of Chelski fans biting it does amuse me.
