Manchester City have opened talks with River Plate for youngster Ezequiel Cirigliano.
The Daily Star Sunday says City want Cirigliano, 20, for £15m.
River Plate president Daniel Passarella, a World Cup winner with Argentina, is due in Manchester this week for talks.
