Joe Hart is close to landing a new deal with Manchester City.
The Sunday Mirror says City are willing to hand Hart an increase on his current £80,000-a-week wages, but the new deal will be heavily incentivised to ensure that the England keeper, who will win his 47th cap against Estonia on Sunday, will earn closer to £150,000-a-week should City's success continue.
But, with Liverpool monitoring developments, Hart has been seeking assurances about his standing with manager Manuel Pellegrini.
He was axed by the City boss 12 months ago after a series of high-profile blunders.
