Manchester City are ready to make a £15 million bid for Blackburn Rovers striker Roque Santa Cruz.
The Sun says Arsenal and Spurs are keen on Blackburn hitman Santa Cruz, 26, but former boss Sparky is confident of signing the Paraguayan.
If he fails, he will turn to Real Zaragozaâs £7m-rated Argie Diego Milito.
