Manchester City are unlikely to pay £65million on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to reports.

It is understood that Pep Guardiola's City have no interest in paying a British transfer record fee for the Borussia Dortmund striker who continues to be heavily linked with a move to the Premier League.

German giants Dortmund have warned any potential suitors that the prolific Gabon international will not come cheap, slapping the aforementioned price tag on their prized asset.

City are believed to be seriously interested in 26-year-old Aubameyang but will not spend the amount quoted even though Guardiola is desperate to lure a top quality striker to the Etihad Stadium this summer.
