Manchester City No2 Fausto Salsano says management are delighted with Mario Balotelli.

Salsano is backing the Italian for a big Euros.

"Balotelli is in great shape and is fired up for the Euros," Salsano told Radio Kiss Kiss.

"He is a great player and has some incredible qualities. Every now and then he gets up to something he shouldn't, but he is a very important player and proved it again on Sunday when he came off the bench.

"This type of Balotelli will be really useful for Italy and Cesare Prandelli at Euro 2012."
