Manchester City No2 Brian Kidd is confident Mario Balotelli will come good in the Premier League.
The 20-year-old has courted plenty of controversy since his £24million summer move from Inter Milan, where he had some disciplinary problems under Jose Mourinho.
Balotelli scored a brace and was then sent off at West Brom for a clash with Youssuf Mulumbu. He hit the headlines again after a training ground bust-up with City team-mate Jerome Boateng.
Kidd, though, maintains the promising striker will come good.
"He is a young lad who has come into a tough league which is different from Serie A, and it will be a bit of a culture shock to him," Kidd told BBC Sport.
"But he is learning every week and is gradually growing into it.
"Mario is a fantastic talent, has been working really hard in training and it certainly won't be a problem."
