Manchester City are moving for Anderlecht midfielder Mark de Man.
The ball-winning midfielder, 24, is wanted by City and Turkey's Fenerbahce, according to Belgian sources.
Anderlecht have warned both clubs they won't consider selling De Man on the cheap.
