Last season, United led by eight points with just six games to go but ended up losing out to their 'noisy' neighbours on goal difference.
And Toure said the way they were beaten at the death will give City added motivation to peg them back again.
He said: "This is not finished. We will continue to give them problems in the league and at the end of the season I hope we will win it again.
"This makes us more determined to win it.
"It will be tough but we have a fantastic squad and we have the confidence to keep going until the final day."
