Nasri hasn't featured for Les Bleus since last summer's Euros when the midfielder clashed with journalists.
"I would first like to apologise again. I have shown no professional attitude during the European Championships," said Nasri. "I should have dealt with things differently.
"It is now up to me to see to it that this does not happen again. Ensure I focus on the present and the future. I have killed no-one. Worse things happened in 2010 than the French national team.
"I now have a second chance, almost a year later, I was afraid that it would not come around again."
