Samir Nasri has quickly rediscovered his groove at Sevilla.

For many in Spain, the on-loan Manchester City midfielder is playing the best football of his career.

Nasri said: "If my best football is back? I do not know. Hope so. I know I feel fine, I have the confidence of the coach and it's my time.

"Last year I was injured six months. I needed playing time and wanted to have it here. I hope to return to the club all the confidence it has given me."

He added: "My favourite position is the pivot. I like to touch the ball, being in the middle of the team. I do not like the attack, if I played there it was because the coach called me and he thought it was best."
