Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has confirmed his international retirement.
Nasri has decided to quit the France setup after being ignored by coach Didier Deschamps for his World Cup squad.
"At the European Championships in 2016 I will only be 29 years old, but the national team does not make me happy. When I go there, there's always trouble," explained Nasri.
"I am against the accusations. Those among my family suffer. And I do not want more.
"So I'll stop and concentrate on my club career."
