Manchester City midfielder James Milner says he'll always be grateful to his former Leeds United boss Terry Venables.
Venables spotted Milner's talent in his brief spell at Leeds United back in 2002 and he gave him his debut, aged just 16 years and 309 days.
Milner said: "This has been my 11th season and I'm lucky Terry Venables gave me a chance at Leeds when I was young.
"Hopefully that will stand me in good stead and my legs can keep me going for a good few years."
