Manchester City midfielder James Milner admits manager Roberto Mancini is a tough taskmaster.

Milner is 27 and has been playing top-flight football for 11 years and under as many managers. Mancini may stand out as one of the hardest to please.

"He's up there. He is very hands-on, he knows what he wants his players to do," he told the Independent. "The good things are expected, it's the bad things you get pulled up on."
