Sky Sports says Ibrahim is currently back at City after impressing during a loan spell at Stromgodset who he helped win the Norwegian title.
The likes of Swansea, Tottenham, QPR, Lyon, Nantes, Sevilla, Athletic Bilbao, Inter Milan, Napoli, Wolfsburg and Bayer Leverkusen are all keeping tabs on him.
