Manchester City midfielder Fernandinho is up for their battle with Manchester United next season.
The 28-year-old spent eight years playing in Ukraine and is keen to try his luck in England - with the derbies against Manchester United particularly catching his eye.
He said: "Each team has a different playing style. But I believe the larger clubs in the Premier League - like Manchester United - will be beyond any doubt the hardest ones.
"That's due to the quality of their players and their tactical organisation. But nowadays all teams are hard to beat.
"What I really want is to play as soon as possible for City."
