Manchester City midfielder Fabian Delph rates David Silva the best in the Premier League.

Silva racked up his 300th appearance for the club in the 3-1 win over Hull at the weekend.

“I have played against David and been at the club for almost two years, and I do like to tackle and press, but I don't think I've tackled him in two years," said Delph.

“He is phenomenal, and a great guy on and off the pitch.

“For me he's the best player in the Premier League by a country mile and him getting his 300 appearance is amazing. I am really happy for him."
