Manchester City midfielder Aaron Mooy has been named Huddersfield Town's Player of the Year.

Mooy has been at the heart of the Championship side's landmark season under David Wagner.

Having been awarded the Blue and White Foundation player of the season, and being named in the EFL's team of the season and the Championship's PFA team of the year, Mooy has now been named the club's player of the season.

Huddersfield's final league game of the season comes against Cardiff City on Sunday and they could yet finish third in the Championship.
