Manchester City and Manchester United are chasing Newcastle United striker Papiss Cisse.
The Daily Mail says after missing out on Eden Hazard, who decided to join Chelsea, the city rivals have turned their attention to Cisse.
The Senegal striker made a stunning start to his Toon career by scoring 13 goals in 14 games after joining from German side Freiburg in January for £10million.
