Porto defender Eliaquim Mangala is expected to move to the Premier League after the World Cup.

The Manchester Evening News says Mangala is set to spark a scramble for his signature when he returns from the World Cup with France.

The Porto centre-back has been targeted by Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea and is believed to be keen on a move to the Premier League.

The 23-year-old could cost as much as £35m, with his club happy to see his price inflated by a bidding war for his services.
