Manchester City have slapped in a massive offer for Roma star Mirko Vucinic.
Il Messaggero says City tabled a £22 million offer for the prolific forward just hours after scouts saw him score the winner at Bari on the weekend.
However, Roma president Rosella Sensi threw out the offer, insisting Vucinic is not for sale.
