Manchester City are launching a bid for Genoa attacker Juraj Kucka.
It emerged yesterday that talks between Inter Milan and Genoa for Kucka had stalled due to City's interference.
And Slovakia media sources say City have made a €12 million offer for the youngster.
Kucka is regarded among Serie A's brightest young talents.
