Man City make deadline day move for Roma playmaker Pizarro

Manchester City are lining up a deadline day deal for AS Roma midfielder David Pizarro.

The Chile international has been made available by Roma in recent days, which has sparked interest from across Europe.

Corriere dello Sport says Zenit St Petersburg, Juventus and Roberto Mancini's City have all been in touch with Roma to discuss terms.

Mancini worked with Pizarro while at Inter Milan.
