Manchester City are hoping to finally secure the signature of Eliaquim Mangala.
City have been after the FC Porto defender for some time now and according to the Daily Mail, will look to finalise a £32million transfer this week.
The deal for 23-year old French centre-back Mangala, who joined Porto from Standard Liege in 2011, is expected to be completed in the next 48 hours.
Since arriving at Porto, the three-time France international has made 91 appearances on his way to two Primeira Liga titles.
