Manchester City are in talks with Colombian defender Pedro Franco.
Currently starring with Millionarios, Franco has been watched extensively by City scouts this season.
TMW says City have held several rounds of talks with his entourage and are now considering pulling the trigger on a deal for the defender.
Franco has been likened to PSG star Thiago Silva.
