Manchester City and Liverpool have been warned they face competition from Barcelona for FC Groningen sensation Richairo Zivkovic.
Both Premier League clubs have been watching the teen this season.
But Groningen chief Hans Nijland confirmed: "A scout from Barcelona was here. We hardly ever see them.
"Certainly, scouts from the Premier League and Bundesliga are here all the time."
