Manchester City are weighing up a move for NEC Nijmegen winger Arnaut Groeneveld.

The left-sided midfielder has caught the eye of City scouts, reports BN / De Stem, and they're seeking a permanent signing.

City plan to snap up Groeneveld and immediately loan him to Dutch partners NAC Breda next season.

Tied to NEC for another two years, the midfielder refused to deny interest had already been fielded from City: "But even if I am, I'm not going to tell you anything about it.

"So you do not have to call me about which club I'm going to."
